We have started CHAITANYA PRASAD MEMORIAL in his name to remember him years here after and spread the motto of service in his name.

As a part of Chaitanya Prasad Memorial, we have planned to initiate social service to needy and deserved in an organized manner, with every small donations we can collect from us and our friends.

You can donate any small amount even a single rupee on any occasion to Chaitanya Prasad Memorial, whose accounts are maintained and saved electronically.

The money collected will be deposited in a bank account opened for this purpose. The bank account is on name of "Bere Praveen ACCOUNT NO _ 024201506070 , in ICICI BANK , CHARMINAR branch - Praveen nominated as Treasurer .The reason for not opening a Registered trust or an account on Chaitanya Prasad memorial is , we have technical problems in sustaining accounts to be submitted manually and paying registration fees annually to government. We want this Chaitnya Prasad Memorial to happen and run forever in life with out any sorts of problems, however busy we are. So , we are just trying to simplify things and maintain records in a simple manner in e-mails and e-vouchers and e-banking, that we can send them to all the members and well wishers who have contributed to this. All the donors, once registered in our data base wil be sent E-MAILS monthly about the happenings in Chaitanya Prasad Memorial. They shall be sent a mail with two EXCEL sheets , one with CREDITS of the memorial and the other DEBITS.

In order to make Chaitanya Prasad Memorial run for ever as long as we live, we here are donating the money we spend on birthday parties to run Chaitanya Prasad Memorial ever long. For 3 years from now, we are giving Rs.800 per person per year and after every 3 years there shall be a hike of 25 % in the amount we will be contributing in our names to Chaitanya Prasad Memorial .Every three years the amount hikes by 25% so as to meet the Inflation. All the money will be given or deposited in bank account on our birthdays. From 2 weeks before ones birthday to 2 weeks after … an e –mail will be sent to the birthday guy, reminding him to send the money to Chaitanya Prasad Memorial, that he does not forget. This is very particularly to make sure that Chaitanya Prasad Memorial, will run successfully years together, even however busy we are in future.

All the money shall be divided among different orphanages every year on his birthday in the needful manner. At present , we are trying out with ANADHA VIDYARTHI GRIHA (www.anadhavidyarthigriha.org www.orphans1919.com) and YAGNA (Orphanage home run by Medicos of Osmania Medical college).

If any one wants to donate some amount to any particular institute or organization also, we can make sure we hand over personally to it on the name of donor and Chaitanya Prasad Memorial. All the donors to Chaitanya Prasad Memorial shall be entitled as members here after , and will be sent the accounts regularly. The database and electronic communication shall be maintained and updated regularly, while the banking is done at ICICI bank Nayapool - charminar branch .

As on OCTOBER 20^th 2007 , we are planning to

1.Donate fruits to about 700 patients in IP building of OGH

2.Donate one day meals to AVG and YAGNA

3. Rest amount shall be distributed to the orphanages and old age homes

Any suggestions to this is welcome.

Any Donations any time in your life can be given to Chaitanya Prasad Memorial, that we shall extend the needy, the deserved help. Your donations shall be handed over to the orphanages and old age homes in your name and Chaitanya Prasad Memorial. In every month you get the annual reports of expenditure and savings of Chaitanya Prasad Memorial e- mailed to you along with bank account transaction details.
